 Our menu is the ever evolving result of travel and research through Mexican kitchens, Latin cookbooks and ethnic restaurants at home. We are always on the search for distinct regional recipes from Cuba, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico for both our dining room and bar.

Wholesome Food

Quality ingredients combined with making everything from scratch drive our philosophy. We buy thousands of pounds of Washington state vegetables and legumes every year. Our beef, after much research, is all-natural beef from Painted Hills courtesy of Mikes Meats in Pybus because of its flavor and high standards for natural husbandry practices. We use cage-free eggs in our budin and desserts.
